5^th Annual WAFC Golf Classic:
The Club's single largest fundraising event for the WAFC Foundation will return to Legacy Ridge G.C. (adjacent to Westminster City Park) Friday September 3^rd. Registration, sponsorship and other information are available on the main page in the "News & Announcements" area, or under the "Tournaments" tab in the menu bar.

WAFC Foundation Silent Auction:
In conjunction with the annual WAFC Golf Classic, the WAFC Foundation will host a silent auction to benefit the foundation and its goals. The auction will take place on Thursday September 2^nd at the Grill at Legacy Ridge G.C.. All members, community members, friends and families are welcome to attend. Details are available on the WAFC Golf Classic event page.

WAFC Finishing Fridays:
WAFC's Finishing Fridays program will return this fall beginning September 10. The program has become a staple and favorite for the Club's u11-14 programs and is designed to develop techinique, comfort and confidence in front of goal. Program details and information will be posted under the "Club Training" tab by September 1^st.

THE WESTMINSTER ASSOCATION FOOTBALL CLUB

Association Football is the name by which soccer is known to much of the English speaking world. The modern game of soccer evolved from games played at Westminster Abbey, England. Honoring that tradition, the Westminster soccer program has adopted the name Westminster AFC – Association Football Club. And just like our namesake, WAFC strives to be a leader in the development of young players, educating them in the skills, concepts and teamwork necessary to play "The Worlds Game."

WAFC & the WAFC Academy Flex Muscle in Broomfield Shootout…

WAFC and the WAFC Academy produce 9 champions and four finalists in multiple divisions at the 2010 Broomfield Shootout event over the August 12-15 weekend! The Club’s competitive and Academy programs provided further proof of WAFC’s growing influence and presence in the northern area and Colorado with a volume of championships and finalists previously unseen.
