WAFC Finishing Fridays

Perhaps the Club's most popular supplementary training program, Finishing Fridays, will resume on September 10^th for the fall 2010 season. The program will run for 8 weeks and is offers two scheduled sessions for all under 11-14 boys and girls players in the Club.

ALL Finishing Friday sessions are run by WAFC Staff coaches with assistance from team coaches and trainers.

Finishing Friday sessions will be held at Westminster City Park on select Fridays throughout the Fall 2010 season.

Sessions are offered at NO ADDITIONAL COST to registered WAFC players.

Players are only able to attend the session for their age group and gender (see schedule for details).

Due to scheduling issues there will be NO make-up sessions for trainings cancelled due to weather or field closures.

ALL participants should; bring their own (well inflated) soccer ball, wear proper training/soccer shoes & shin-guards, and bring their own water and weather appropriate gear.

WAFC Seasonal Club Training

WAFC Club Training is a part of the Club's ongoing efforts to provide high level coach, playing and training, and contact between staff and players on regular basis. Every WAFC team receives ten (10) one hour sessions with a WAFC Club Coach or Staff Trainer during each season (spring/fall).

In addition to Club Training, WAFC also offers additional training opportunities via programs such as the WAFC Finishing Fridays programs, as well as camps and private training.

WAFC & the WAFC Academy Flex Muscle in Broomfield Shootout…

WAFC and the WAFC Academy produce 9 champions and four finalists in multiple divisions at the 2010 Broomfield Shootout event over the August 12-15 weekend! The Club’s competitive and Academy programs provided further proof of WAFC’s growing influence and presence in the northern area and Colorado with a volume of championships and finalists previously unseen.
