Association Football is the name by which soccer is known to much of the English speaking world. The modern game of soccer evolved from games played at Westminster Abbey, England. Honoring that tradition, the Westminster soccer program has adopted the name Westminster AFC – Association Football Club. And just like our namesake, WAFC strives to be a leader in the development of young players, educating them in the skills, concepts and teamwork necessary to play "The Worlds Game"
